Review Dr. Oz’s Green Drink
Verdict: 7,5
As a faithful watcher of Oprah, I always get motivated after a show. You know how it goes. She does a show about healthier living and what do I want to do? I want to start doing lots of walks, exercising and eating right. But it never really sticks, does it? Still, Oprah’s a source of inspiration for me and she really has opened my eyes to a lot of things in life.
Dr. Oz has been a regular guest on the show by now and though I don’t really like the guy (he’s a bit clinical), I really love his advice and explanations. So, being inspired by the show I eventually bought all the ingredients and made Dr. Oz’s Green Drink!

Piko #1: The Kitten
Meet Piko, he’s our cat! This picture was taken on the day that we got him. He was found in a box in a basement of a public building when he was about 6 weeks old. They think he was left there by his mom.
Some friends found him and called Daan if he wanted to have Piko. He went to pick him up and gave him to me as a surprise . It was the most perfect surprise ever and we love Piko very much. He’s always with us, we cuddle him a lot and he sleeps in our bed.
Every now and then I’ll put some pics of him up on this blog and tell you bout his adventures!

Review Kundalini Yoga
Verdict: 10
Kundalini Yoga is one of the best things that happened to me! That’s why it gets 10 out of 10. It has changed my life and it reprogrammed my body and mind into this state of happiness and acceptance. I’m not a (total) hippy, I’m not very alternative, I’m interested in spirituality yet not always so keen about talking bout feelings and I’m certainly not very limber or athletic (I love my curves, not gonna change a thing bout those). But Kundalini Yoga is totally awesome and everyone can do it!
Totoro Forest Project
Like always, I was just casually browsing the net (avoiding work on my dissertation) and I came upon this initiative by Hayao Miyazaki. Totoro Forest Project is a collaboration of artists to save the Sayama Forest (the forest that inspired Totoro). I love these initiatives that bundle creativity for a noble cause!
